Cash and local bank check will be accepted for all purchases. Credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express) may be used for purchases of items totaling $50.00 or more. All items must be paid for in full the night of the auction before bidders can take possession of goods.
IN GOOD FAITH The Auction committee has cataloged and described all auction items based on information supplied by donors. Arc makes no expressed or implied warranties or representations in connection with goods and services for auction. Upon purchase, buyer agrees to waive any claim for liability against Arc and/or its donors, and to indemnify and hold Arc harmless from any liability arising from the use of products and/or services purchased. Items received after the catalog deadline will be listed in an addendum. Look for yours in your registration package.
